The City of Walker has parcels for sale on or near Walker Industries Boulevard. All properties are valued by Cass County at $20,000.00.

Please submit a written document stating your planned use for the property and purchase price by Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 at 3 p.m. Please send these documents in one of the following ways: by email at hfairchild@ci.walker.mn.us, by dropping off in person at City Hall at 205 Minnesota Avenue West, Walker, MN, or by mail at PO Box 207, Walker, MN 56484.

Please note that the City may have an interest in placing a stipulation that the new owner must commence building construction within three years of the date of purchase.
