ORDINANCE 2021-05, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART I: CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 28: UTILITIES, ARTICLE II. WATER SYSTEM, DIVISION 5. RATES AND CHARGES, SECTION 28-134. BILLING AND PAYMENT, SUBSECTION (B).
SECTION 1. Part I: Code of Ordinances, Chapter 28: Utilities, Article II. Water System, Division 5. Rates and Charges, Section 28-134. Billing and Payment, Subsection (b) is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 28-123. – Billing and Payment
(b) Time. Statements for total water charges for the preceding month shall be mailed to each customer on or before the tenth day of the succeeding month. The amount listed on the statement shall be due by the 24th of each month.
SECTION 2. This Ordinances shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 13th day of September 2021, by the City Council of the City of Walker.
